I am Amber Brooks, a newlywed living in Ohio who dreams of becoming a Professional Clothing Historian.... or something of that nature. I have a myriad of interests and am always hoping to learn a new skill. In 2013, I graduated with a B.S.S. in Historic Costume Construction and American History with a minor in Music.
I sew clothing, historical mostly. I strive to make garments as accurately as possible using the techniques of the time and thrive on the research. I especially enjoy the most tedious parts of any project.

I am a crochet designer of hats, scarves, and other things. But, most specifically I design Star Wars Amigurumi and have so far created Yoda, General Grievous, Admiral Ackbar, Boba Fett, Chewbacca and a Stormtrooper. I am currently working on Darth Maul.
I am a classical pianist. Piano and music have been a part of my life since I was a wee one. I have been playing piano for 17 years. I play classical piano pieces such as Beethoven, Bach, and Chopin. Apart from piano I can play the penny whistle, some violin, and harp (hopefully the bagpipes and accordion here soon!)
I am a Star Wars Fan. I really like Star Wars and other sci-fi. I tend to incorporate Star Wars in unorthodox ways. I have also been featured in The Star Wars Craft Book for my crochet creations.
